After Auction Resources
We offer a variety of options due to the various locations of our customers. For your convenience, we offer both shipping and in-person pickup for most of our auctions. Please see the auction itself for specific pickup instructions.
Shipping & Deliveries
Shipping is all handled in-house:
The shipping department will email out shipping invoices for payment. Mercury Auctions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If shipping payment has not been made within 7 days, item(s) will be resold. Unless other arrangements are made, funds will be retained by the Auctioneer.
Please call Mercury Auctions at (360) 748-3398 within three business days from the auction close if you have any questions regarding shipment.
Alternate Shipping Company:
Please contact us 24 hours prior to the auction closing for alternate shipping options.
All items will include declared value protection based on your purchase price, packaging and shipping for complete protection, some exceptions may apply.

In-Person Pickup
On-Location Auction
(Online & Live)
After an on-location auction, pickup times are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday & Sunday after the auction, at the auction site.
Items remaining on the site after the scheduled pick-up date(s) will revert back to property owner unless other arrangements are made to pick them up or have them transported back to our facility. If we pick up and transport items for you, you may be subject to additional fees.
Online Auction
After an online auction pickup will be available for 3 days day following the close of the auction between the hours of 11:00 am -3:00 pm, at 153 Sturdevant Rd, Chehalis, WA.
Thursday Night, Live Auction
After an on-location auction, pickup times are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday & Sunday after the auction, at the auction site.
Items remaining on the site after the scheduled pick-up date(s) will revert back to property owner unless other arrangements are made to pick them up or have them transported back to our facility. If we pick up and transport items for you, you may be subject to additional fees.
Online Auction

For those who are Washington residents and are a reseller, please email us a reseller permit before the auction starts so we know not to charge you tax.
Wednesday Night, Live Auction
After
a live auction in our Aberdeen gallery, pickup will be available
following the end of the auction at 512 W Heron St, Aberdeen,
WA.
After a live auction in our Chehalis gallery, pickup will be available for two days following the close of the auction at 153 Sturdevant Rd, Chehalis, WA.
Other Information
If other arrangements are needed for longer pick-up times, we are always more than happy to work with customers and assist them as best we can. All that we ask is for a little notice prior to bidding.
