Our knowledgeable and professional staff is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses liquidate personal property for the highest dollar return.  No up-front money is required. We handle everything--we just ask you to take care of your needs and leave the overwhelm behind!

We can handle auction set-up on location or we can bring your items to our popular facility. Our website is favorite to many and we employ all methods of advertising including newspapers, flyers, face book, twitter and more!  From first contact with you, to prompt payout and excellent record keeping, our actions never cease to reflect our passion for the auction method of selling real estate and personal property.

Consultations usually take about one hour. We encourage all decision makers as well as all interested parties to be present during consultation. We will consult at your location, free of charge and give you our best advice so you can make an informed decision. References available upon request.

Appraisals

We conduct appraisals with the mind set that:

  • All items sell on location
  • Items are sold in a competitive bidding process
  • The bidding process is handled by a professional auctioneer


Appraisals are based on our expertise and knowledge of current auction values. Our product knowledge and our auction experience, as well as having a finger on the pulse of the market give us a special insight and unique expertise when it comes to providing appraisals.


Knowing the current auction values provides us with the ability to give you the most accurate numbers possible. While each individual piece may not achieve maximum appraised value, we provide an item by item appraisal list. Although each item can be quite variable, in our decades of experience we have found that it is the overall value of the estate that should be focused on. Meaning one item may go for slightly less than the appraised value, while another item may go far higher.


Our process is to take notes and appropriately photograph (on location) and return to our office where research is done and we conduct a finalization of the appraisal. We then send a written description including prices, totaled along with photographs on a thumb drive.

At Mercury Auctions our focus is on lessening the overwhelm of our clients.

Every client and every situation is unique. All of our consignors have different goals, timetables, and needs. With such a diverse set of priorities, we tailor our solutions to every client.

Whether it be an entire estate that you need cleaned out, a huge farm or industrial park, a small business, or even a small collection of items, we have solutions to fit your needs.

Our auction gallery is a popular spot for customers, we also do onsite auctions, special event auctions, themed auctions, as well as online only and online / live auctions. We have at our disposal our own gallery and storage facilities, and also have access to specialized facilities as needed.
